This is a personal reference for Katie Alexander at Angelspaws.
Katie started working for me in June 2008 to look after my two dogs, Bonnie & Skye, who are retrievers. She works for me 5 days per week, walking my dogs twice per day and sometimes at the weekend when the dogs are with my parents.
Katie also offers other services, such as collection to/from the Vet, taking my dogs to other family members, etc. She is extremely helpful and supportive of my situation, given that I work long hours at times.
Katie is totally committed to her clients and their animals; she loves dogs and that is obvious from how she interacts with them and how they respond to her. She trains them, brushes them, gives them treats and generally pampers my dogs very much. I can relax knowing that my “babies” are in the safest of hands at all times. She is extremely trustworthy, and is a very pleasant and friendly person.
Katie also takes notice if the dogs are unwell, acting up or generally off-colour and informs me of this and takes this into account when she is with them. Bonnie & Skye love her very much.
I would recommend Katie to anyone who wishes their dogs looked after; she gives my dogs lots of exercise and love.
One thing I would say is that Katie should not be taken advantage of as she gives 100% to all her clients and deserves to be treated with kindness and respect – she really goes the extra mile for people!

I have been using Anglepaws for getting on for a year and I cannot praise Katie’s services high enough. I needed a pet sitting service for my two dogs as I have to travel on business every month and having Katie to look after my dogs – and house – has given me complete peace of mind. The dogs took to her straight away and are always pleased to see her
Katie has also been able to step in when my schedule has been unavoidably changed at short notice.
I have also had the pleasure of accompanying Katie on a couple of her routine walks and seen the way she handles and looks after the dogs; she is very vigilant and keeps them under control whilst making sure they get some exercise and enjoy themselves at the same time.

I've been using Angelspaws since Dec 2008 and can't praise Katie enough. I work full time and use Katie 5 days a week. Harvey has changed from a crazy hyperactive chocolate lab in the evenings, to a tired and very contented boy after his pack walks. I have complete confidence and trust in Katie and seeing how excited Harvey is to see her is proof enough that he loves his walks! The photos and videos on Facebook and regular feedback gives extra reassurance that my boy is being well looked after. I have no hesitation recommending Katie and would be lost without her!

Katie has walked our yellow lab (Jess) for several months now and we are delighted with the service she has provided.
Not only do we have the peace of mind of knowing our pooch is being well looked after whilst she is having great fun with all her new doggy chums, we also get home to a nice sleepy dog who lets us read the mail, change our clothes and maybe even have a cuppa before insisting we play or go out for a walk!
Katie is friendly, approachable and above all very reliable – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and if Jess could talk I’m sure she’d say the same.

We have been using Katie regularly since January 2009. She came to our rescue just after we got Molly at 9 weeks old; my partner was called to work offshore. In a panic I searched the internet for a dog walking service to help and I found Katie. I called her and explained my situation, she was very reassuring and told me not to worry and she would help. She arranged a meeting with us and explained what she could do to help and all the services she provided.
Because Molly was so young, Katie came in twice a day to let her out and play with her, she also spent time training her while I was work.
Katie also loaned us books to help us train Molly, and is always at the end of the phone to help us and give advice.
When Molly was old enough she then started going out on the pack walks which has helped to socialize her. And with Angels paws being on facebook we get to see what Molly and all of her friends get up to on their pack walks.
Since then we have been using Katie regularly as she is extremely helpful and flexible. I work shifts and my partner works offshore, she is always there to help whether its morning, noon or night or even the weekend.
We would be lost without her and wouldn’t use anyone else.
I can't praise Angels Paws highly enough, what a fantastic service.

We have used Angelspaws for 18 months, Katie collects “our boy” an adorable 9 year old Chocolate Labrador named Che.
We have complete confidence in Katie and the services she provides, she is always punctual and never lets us down. Che now anticipates her arrival by eagerly waiting at the door for his outing.
Che has a medical condition which results in him having seizures. Katie provides regular feedback not only about his general well being but also about his seizure activity. This gives my husband and I complete peace of mind, knowing he is her very capable hands.
As well as providing regular feedback either by telephone, written or text messages, Katie also takes time to provide photos of their outings on Face book and website.
We have no hesitation in recommending the use of Angelspaws as Katie has proven to us that she cares for our dog over and above her call of duty. Katie is a professional and trustworthy woman. She has also stayed in our own home dog sitting for us when we are away.

I have used AngelsPaws for approximately 6 months now on a three day a week basis and have always have had a reliable, punctual and extremely helpful service.
My puppy absolutely loves his time spent with Katie and the other dogs , great care is given to his welfare and wellbeing. Katie also assisted in training Harvey adopting training methods that i had been given through puppy classes, which has certainly helped in keeping continuity going.
I would not hesitate to recommend Katie with any of the services she offers through AngelsPaws, Katie genuinely loves dogs and gives great peace of mind to know that your dog will be individually cared for during their time spent in Katie’s care.

My girlfriend and myself can’t rate or praise Angelpaws highly enough. As I work ad-hoc offshore and abroad, Katie has always managed to accommodate our little fella Kaizer (Black Labrador) at the shortest of notice.
The times I have been home to see Kaizer collected for his walks, his over excited tail can tell you just how much he enjoys them!!

We have used the service intermittently over the past 8-9 months. At all times Katie has responded to our request to help out with the dog promptly and efficiently.
Our dog is always delighted to see her and very happy to go away with her on walks or in the car.
Katie recently picked our dog up from his holiday kennels and was able to take home all his equipment too. He was especially pleased to see her on this occasion as it meant freedom from jail!!
We have always had the choice of individual or group walks. Katie also provided an additional service for us when my Mum was in minding the dog she also checked on Mum daily and took in a paper or milk as needed. A sign of a good service and it seems to me Katie is prepared to offer the additional touches which just make the service a pleasure to use.
We would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Fantastic professional service, would highly recommend!
We initially had one dog when we took on Katie's service and he was so happy to go away with her and looked out for her coming! Which made me realise we had made the right choice. From the initial meeting to the setting up of the dog walking plan Katie provided excellent customer service.
When we got a new addition to the family Katie was very happy to accommodate him in the daily check and let him out to do his business and feeding him when he was unable to go for a walk.

During this time she has had keys for, and access to our home and has proved herself thoroughly deserving of our trust not only with the innate responsibilities coming with this but also in looking after our dog Toffee.
